One alternative to the hotels, backpackers and hostels on offer is to rent an apartment. You can stay for a few days or a few weeks and it will usually work out cheaper than most other forms of accommodation and you have the freedom that comes with your own place. We supply all the basic utilities you need and even equipped kitchen, phone and satellite TV, etc.!
The price of the apartment is from 30 to 60 EUR per night, depending on the number of nights, the number of people staying and the season. This price includes:

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with herbs and spices. You can watch TV from the comfort of your bed: choose from ENGLISH, FRENCH and GERMAN channels, all with TXT. Finally, you get the GREAT FEELING that every day is going to get off to a great start when you wake up here!
-Just imagine taking BREAKFAST OUT ON THE spacious TERRACE: you breathe in a lungful of pure, fresh air, take in the view and enjoy the balmy breeze over the river - WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?
-Bus 76, which stops right outside the house, takes you to the MAIN RAILWAY STATION. The Underground is only four blocks away, and a major road with other buses and trams is just five minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is in one of Budapest's MOST DISTINGUISHED, upper-middle-class areas. It's perfectly safe to stroll through the neighbourhood all night. The front gate of the house is always kept locked, and the apartment itself is fitted with THREE LOCKS for your added security and peace of mind.
-Simply EVERYTHING you could possibly need is within walking distance. A bank, post office, supermarket and laundry are all situated in the same building as the apartment. Great local restaurants, a bath and fitness centre, a vegetable market, a McDonalds, a jazz cellar, pubs and clubs, a breakfast bar, and an Irish pub are all just a stone's throw away.

-The apartment is situated in the heart of Budapest in the pedestrian area, near of the famous walking street, called Vaci Utca. The apartment is just near of the main square of Budapest, called Deak Ter. The apartment is on the 1th floor of one quiet historical building. This nice renovated building was built in the the XIX. Century.
-The flat consists of a large very well equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee-machine, dishes, plates, table with chairs), a small hall, a nice bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink and toilet) and a large, well designed room with a cosy, built in, pine-wood loft. There are antique furnitures in the room, one double bed, two wardrobes, one sofa-bed, leather armchairs, table, Sat-Tv and phone. The apartment has a gas heating system.
-With the style of the furniture we wished to follow the patina of the building. The building and the apartment also has a very special atmosphere, what you can feel immediately when you enter into. The location of this apartment is the greatest advantage, please check it on the city map. At Deak Ter there is the meeting point of the three Metro lines and on this square there are many stops of buses, trams and trolleybuses and 24 hours public transportation. Vaci utca means the centre of Budapest, this is the pedestrian area of Budapest. After a short walk you can reach the Danube river, the Chain Bridge, the famous passage, called Dunacorso, the world famous Gerbeaud Cafe, the best local restaurants and music clubs and also the Market Hall and the Thermal baths. If you have a wish to spend money for quality clothes you can select from the most famous shops and boutiques.

You can get to the Opera House also by an easy walk.If you turn to the opposite direction, just 300 meters far from the apartment you reach the centre of night and music life where can find a lot of places for fun, like a music-clubs, jazz-cellars, pubs, bars, coffee-shops and many good restaurants, as well. The most popular places are Club7, Alcatraz, Harlyes Cafe, M4, Portside, Old Man's Club, Szimpla Movie Garden. This area is maybe the best part of Budapest, you can get the confirmation from the people who already visited this city.
